Being a London family photographer sometimes affords one the opportunity to explore parks and other places that one has never been to before or has been to only a handful of times. It opens up a whole new opportunity for adventure and exploration!I met Grant, Jessica, Luke and Georgia early one Sunday morning in Cannizaro Park in Wimbledon Village. It was early on a crisp, Spring weekend so there were very few other people in the park which meant we had practically the whole place to ourselves which was lovely. We started off near the aviary and looked at some of the colourful birds housed there. We then moved onto some logs and tree stumps where Luke had a fun time climbing them with the help of his dad. We then found some lovely spring daffodils and had a few shots of Luke and Georgia there. We got some lovely photos of the two of them amongst the daffodils. We then headed down to the duck pond where Luke wanted to see the ducks and do some “fishing”. After finding a suitable stick he had fun trying to catch some fish and managed to get his feet soaking wet in the process but he did not seem at all fazed by that!We then did some family shots in the gardens and blew bubbles much to the amusement of Georgia. Luke had fun entertaining his sister with the bubbles and she loved trying to catch them as they floated past her in the breeze. Although it was a lovely morning it started to get a bit chilly and we soon had to call it a day but we all had had a great time in the park and I also managed to catch some lovely relaxed family photographs that the family can keep and share.
